These shipping terms cover physical merchandise purchased on this website. After successful payment, normal handling takes 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery travel

Checkout controls
Eligible destinations, delivery services, charges, and any free-shipping offer are calculated at checkout; the checkout display is final. Enter the recipient name and full address carefully. Corrections may not be possible after packing or carrier handoff.
Tracking and delivery trouble
A tracking notice is provided when the shipment supports tracking, and initial scans can take time. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, missing, refused, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order and tracking details so available carrier steps can be checked.
