Before placing an order
The product page shows current descriptions, options, pricing, directions, warnings, and availability. Shipping choices, tax, and the final payable amount are presented at checkout.
After ordering
Confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order, subject to payment and inventory checks. If a change or cancellation is needed, contact us immediately with the order number; fulfillment may make a change impossible.
Delivery timing
Normal handling is 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch and is not guaranteed. A tracking message is issued when supported.
Problems with an item
Report damage, defect, an incorrect item, or a material description difference within 30 days after delivery and attach supporting photos. No-reason returns are not offered. Follow every product direction and warning.
